운영 주체와 대상

yj-home.ai는 소유자 한 명이 본인만 사용하는 개인 대시보드입니다. 일반에 제공되는 서비스가 아니며, 다른 사람의 가입이나 Google 계정 연결을 받지 않습니다. 아래의 Google 데이터는 모두 소유자 본인의 개인 Gmail 계정 두 개(계정 a, 계정 b)의 데이터입니다.

사용하는 Google 데이터

  • Gmail (계정 a): 받은편지함에 새로 도착한 메일의 보낸 사람, 제목, 본문. 일정, 할 일, 읽을 메일, 불필요한 메일로 분류하는 데 사용합니다.
  • Google Calendar (계정 a, b): 캘린더 목록과 일정. 이번 주 월요일부터 14일 뒤까지의 일정을 대시보드에 표시합니다.
  • Google Tasks (계정 a, b): 할 일 목록과 할 일(미완료 항목과 이번 주에 완료한 항목).

접근 방식

소유자의 Mac mini에서 실행되는 n8n이 OAuth로 Google API에 접근하며, OAuth 자격 증명은 그 n8n에 보관됩니다. 메일 분류는 같은 Mac에서 실행되는 로컬 AI 모델(Ollama)이 수행하고, 메일 내용은 외부 클라우드 AI 서비스로 보내지 않습니다.

표시, 저장, 기록

  • 데이터는 소유자가 로그인한 yj-home.ai Portal 화면에만 표시됩니다. Portal 서버는 화면을 열 때마다 사설망(Tailscale)을 통해 n8n에서 데이터를 받아 오며, 받은 메일, 일정, 할 일 내용을 저장하지 않습니다. 오류가 나면 오류 종류만 기록합니다.
  • 메일 분류 결과는 Mac의 n8n 데이터 테이블에 저장됩니다: 메일 ID, 분류 종류, 한 줄 제목 또는 요약, 날짜, 보낸 사람, 메일 링크, 완료 여부. 대시보드에서 일정을 완료로 표시한 상태도 이 테이블에 저장되며 Google Calendar는 바뀌지 않습니다. 워크플로가 이 행을 자동으로 지우지 않으므로 소유자가 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다.
  • Portal에 데이터를 넘겨주는 n8n 워크플로는 성공한 실행 기록을 저장하지 않습니다. 메일 분류 워크플로의 실행 기록은 Mac의 n8n에 남으며 메일 내용을 포함할 수 있고, n8n이 14일이 지나면 자동으로 삭제합니다.
  • “오늘의 3가지”로 고른 할 일은 날짜와 할 일 참조값만 Portal 서버의 파일에 저장되며, 날짜가 바뀌면 사용하지 않습니다.

Google 데이터 변경

  • Gmail: 처리한 메일과 불필요한 메일에 라벨을 붙이고, 소유자가 설정한 경우 불필요한 메일을 보관 처리합니다. 메일을 삭제하거나 보내거나 자동 회신하지 않습니다.
  • Google Calendar: 메일에서 찾은 약속을 계정 a의 기본 캘린더에 일정으로 만들고, 소유자가 고른 시간에 집중 블록을 만들거나 지웁니다. 일정 생성과 삭제는 yj-home이 만든 일정에만 해당하며, 소유자가 만든 일정은 수정하거나 삭제하지 않습니다.
  • Google Tasks: 할 일 추가, 완료 또는 미완료 표시, 마감일 변경만 합니다. 할 일을 삭제하지 않습니다.

판매, 광고, 제3자 제공

Google 사용자 데이터를 판매하지 않고, 광고에 사용하지 않으며, 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다. yj-home.ai의 Google 사용자 데이터 사용은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다.

접근 권한 철회와 문의

Google 계정의 타사 앱 및 서비스 연결 페이지에서 언제든지 yj-home.ai의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 문의: yisushin1215@gmail.com

English summary

yj-home.ai is a personal dashboard operated by and for a single owner. It is not offered to the public and does not accept other users. It accesses only the owner's two personal Google accounts (a and b) through n8n running on the owner's own machine, using OAuth.

  • Gmail (account a): new inbox messages are classified by a local AI model on that machine; mail content is not sent to cloud AI services. Gmail changes are limited to adding labels and, when the owner enables it, archiving junk; nothing is deleted or sent.
  • Google Calendar and Google Tasks (accounts a and b): events and tasks are shown only in the owner's signed-in dashboard. Tasks may be created and updated, never deleted. Calendar events are created or deleted only when yj-home created them.
  • Mail triage results are stored in an n8n data table on the owner's machine until the owner deletes them; mail triage execution records there, which may contain mail content, are deleted automatically after 14 days. The dashboard server does not store mail, event, or task content.
  • Google user data is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties.

yj-home.ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
